Refund and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from NotForSaleHat.ca. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (tags on, unworn, unwashed).
- You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email works).
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@notforsalehat.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item was marked as “Final Sale,” it is not eligible for a return or refund.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your original item and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos of the issue to contact@notforsalehat.ca and we’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or altered items
